As my lack of posts may indicate, life has gotten pretty busy for me here at university. My honors thesis is nearing its final revisions, and I'm preparing to present it both to my committee and to the rest of the school. There's also all of my regular coursework which, honestly, is getting on my nerves. I knew I should have stuck with Latin my freshman year to complete my foreign language credit.
There was a bright spot in my busy week, however; I received a copy of The Summer Garden by Sherryl Woods in the mail on Monday. I won it in a book giveaway courtesy of one of the many blogs I follow, the Review Girl. I haven't had a chance to sit down and read it yet, but I plan on doing that this weekend while I have a slight lull before I have to get to work on my research paper for my Shakespeare class. Be on the lookout for a review from me!
